Kohila lasterühm
Kohila lasterahvatantsurühm alustas oma tegevust 2006. aasta sügisel. Meile meeldib väga tantsida just rahvatantse ning me esitame nii eesti folkloorseid kui ka autoritantse. Samas oleme õppinud ja tantsinud ka teiste rahvaste tantse. Meie esimene esinemine toimus 2007. aasta kevadel oma kooli emadepäeva kontserdil, kus saime publiku väga sooja vastuvõtu osaliseks.
Esimeseks suureks tantsupeoks oli meie rühmale 2008. aastal Mahtras toimunud Raplamaa laulu- ja tantsupäev, kus esinesime koos paljude teiste oma maakonna lasterühmadega. Lühikese tegutsemisaja jooksul oleme esinenud maakonna memme-taadi peol, Hageri kihelkonnapäeval ning teistel valla ja kooli kontsertidel. 2009. aastal esinesime koos 8000 tantsijaga üldtantsupeol Tallinnas. Meie esimeseks välisreisiks oli sõit Europeade festivalile Klaipedas. Oleme kui suur ühtekuuluv mesilaspere, kelle liikmed hoiavad ja austavad üksteist ning kes armastavad koos tantsida.
 

Kohila childrens folk dance group
The children folk dance group of Kohila was formed in the autumn 2006. We are fond of dancing but we enjoy folk dancing the most. We practise both folklore and authorial dances, also we have performed with several dances of other nationalities. Our debut took place in our school in the spring of 2007, at the Mother's day concert, and we were thanked with a storm of applause. The more important appearance for our dancers was in the song and dance concert of our Rapla County in 2008. During the short period of our existence we have had numerous performances, like at the concert in our county dedicated to our grandmas and grandpas, on the parish day of our Hageri district, at several festivals and concerts in our school and our local community. We are like a big bee hive, caring and respecting each other and enjoying dancing together.
